Primex Infrastructure has launched an environment-friendly residential project ‘Verterra’ at Mugalivakkam, Porur, an emerging IT hub in western Chennai.
The Rs 125-crore project, spread over 4.2 acres, has schools, markets, hospitals and hotels in the vicinity. Primex has an experience of over two decades in residential projects.
Anil Saraogi, managing director of Primex Infrastructure, said, “Verterra will be spread over nine blocks comprising 324 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 BHK. The aesthetically designed apartments covering an area of 575-1,233 sq ft each will cost Rs 22 lakh and above.”
The construction of the first block will start in February and the project is likely to be completed in 24 months.
Ravi Gupta, director of Primex Infrastructure, said, “Verterra means rooted to the earth. True to its name, we have applied for a ‘green home certification’ and have incorporated a host of environment-friendly features in the design.”
Verterra will provide amenities like office and business centre, multi-purpose hall, toddlers’ play zone, children’s play area, music room, basketball and table tennis courts, landscaping, air-conditioned gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga and meditation room, jogging/walking tracks, intercom facility between security posts and the apartments, power backup for common areas (lighting/lifts/pumps), sewage treatment and iron removal plants, among others.
A clubhouse spread over 9,000 sq ft will have facilities like swimming pool‚ gym and aerobics centre‚ community hall‚ home theatre and space for indoor games.
